Super Group at Birdland

Combining extraordinary lyric gracefulness and a lithe, serpentine sense of rhythm into a fresh perspective on the meaning of freedom and interplay in and out of the jazz tradition, guitarist John Abercrombie has led a variety of groups throughout his thirty-year career. This new all-star quartet features clarinetist Don Byron, bassist Eddie Gomez, and drummer Lenny White.
